How Mr Charms handles returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged items.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days if they are unused, unworn, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Return Process

Refunds
Refunds take 5–7 business days once approved. Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Return your original item and place a new order for the product you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost.
Return Shipping
Customer pays return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
