Quick Help
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship orders every Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm (AEST) on those days usually ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm roll over to the next shipping day.
How long does shipping take?
- Untracked envelope: approx. 2–8 business days after dispatch (within Australia).
- Standard (tracked): approx. 2–6 business days after dispatch.
- Express (tracked): approx. 1–3 business days after dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates only and can vary based on your location and any postal or carrier delays.
Untracked Envelope Shipping
Untracked envelope shipping is free on eligible orders within Australia. This method does not include tracking updates.
There is a slight chance untracked envelopes may be delayed or go missing in the mail. If this happens, we offer one complimentary resend per order via the same or an equivalent method. After that, any further replacements are at our discretion.
If you prefer more peace of mind, we recommend choosing Standard or Express tracked shipping at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges in line with our store policies.

"Where is my order?"
If you selected untracked envelope shipping, we're not able to provide a tracking number. Typically it takes 2–8 business days after dispatch.
If it's been longer than the estimated timeframe, please email us at mrcharmsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll happily review it for you.
