Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what we need to ship your charms, keep your order moving, and send marketing you chose to receive. We do not sell your info, and we keep the whole thing as lean as possible.

01What We Collect
When you place an order or choose to sign up for marketing, we collect:
- Contact info — name, email, phone, shipping address, and the marketing channels you choose
- Order info — what you bought, when, payment details (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number)
- Browsing info — pages visited, time on site, device type (via standard analytics cookies)
02Why We Collect It
- To process and ship your order
- To email you order updates and tracking info
- To send marketing emails or text messages only when you separately opt in to that channel
- To analyse how the site is used so we can make it better
04Cookies
We use cookies for the boring useful stuff: keeping you logged in, remembering items in your cart, and tracking site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site might break.
05Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what data we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data entirely (we'll do this within 30 days)
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email
- Unsubscribe from marketing texts using the unsubscribe link included in the message

06SMS Marketing
SMS marketing is a separate, optional choice and, when available, is offered to Australian customers only. Choosing SMS marketing is not required to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Each marketing text includes an unsubscribe link; use it to stop SMS marketing. You can also contact us at support@mrcharms.com.au to withdraw your SMS consent.
Your phone number and SMS consent details are used to manage your subscription and deliver the marketing messages you requested. SMS marketing data may be processed by service providers that help us manage and send those messages. We do not use your SMS consent to sign you up for marketing email.
These terms apply to marketing texts only; essential order and delivery messages are handled separately.
07How We Keep It Safe
Our site is hosted on Kinsta with SSL encryption end-to-end. Payments go through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant — same as your bank). We don't store payment details on our end.
08Changes To This Policy
If we update this policy materially, we'll let you know via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of the site = acceptance of any updates.
