Processing Times

All orders ship from our Queensland warehouse, usually within 24 hours of being placed (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. You'll get a tracking email the moment your charm leaves us.

Order before 2pm AEST on a weekday and your charm ships same-day.

Australian Shipping

Free Shipping Over $60

Australian orders unlock free shipping when the order total is over $60. A $60.00 cart does not qualify; the free option appears once the qualifying total is over $60. Orders above 30 charms must use a tracked option, so their free shipping becomes standard tracked parcel shipping.

Express Post

Need it faster? Add Express at checkout for 1–3 business day delivery. Tracking included.

Untracked envelope — $3.40 for small orders

For smaller charm orders, your charms can ship in a slim untracked envelope for $3.40. It has no tracking info and usually takes 4–8 business days. Once an order has more than 30 charms, untracked envelope shipping is removed at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Two options at checkout:

International Tracked — 7–14 business days
International Express — 3–7 business days

Customs charges (if applicable) are paid by you on delivery — these depend on your country and aren't something we can predict or refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Pop it into our Track Parcel page or use AusPost Tracking for AU orders.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, drop us a line and we'll chase it up.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll either resend or refund — your call. We've got your back.

For damaged parcels, snap a photo of the packaging and the charm, and email us within 7 days of receiving it.
