If your charm doesn't hit the way you wanted, we'll make it right. Returns within 30 days, faulty items refunded in full, and no awkward gatekeeping or hidden hoops to jump through.

Return Eligibility
You can return any charm within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
- It's unused and in its original condition
- You've got the original packaging
- You've got proof of purchase (order number is enough)
Bundles can be returned in full โ partial bundle returns aren't accepted (since the discount applies to the whole bundle).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your charm arrives broken, faulty, or wildly different to what you ordered โ we'll refund or replace it free of charge, and we'll cover return postage too.
Email a photo of the issue to mrcharmsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll sort it that day.
How To Return Something
It's a 3-step deal:
- 1. Email us at mrcharmsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We'll send you our return address.
- 3. Post the charm back (untracked envelope is fine for small returns โ keep your receipt though).
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process the refund within 3โ5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Standard returns: you cover return postage. Faulty/damaged: we cover everything.
What's NOT Returnable
- Charms used or attached to shoes
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Returns sent without contacting us first
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct swaps โ easier to refund the original and place a new order. That way you get the new charm faster and we don't have to play postage tag.
